Rising Dough Company is home to gluten free, 5 ingredient bread(s) and sweets! That is Italian milled flours, olive oil, sea salt, and yeast, plus filtered water equaling 5 ingredients with no dairy! However, I'll tempt you with the jalapeno chunky cheese bread and pull apart buttery brioche dinner rolls! Is your mouth watering yet? If not, we also offer gluten free pastries and sweets (dairy free and vegan coming soon) plus specials like ooey gooey cinnamon-eEe rolls / NY style bagels! 

 

All products are made in a 100% gluten free kitchen, by our chef/baker, Chera! She is a TX Licensed Food Handler that has more won more than 200 food and baking competitions, including appearances on TV shows, like the Silos Bake-Off, hosted by Joanna Gaines and the LIVE show in NY twice!

 

Being that RDC doesn't have a storefront (yet), we offer pop-up's at local businesses and farmer's markets. 

It's really simple...choose your delicious baked goods by pre-ordering online, pay, and pick-up on the scheduled day/time frame.
